Armand Toukap Fotso Jucelin

Data Manager · CHPR, Bamenda, Cameroon

I'm a Data Manager at the Centre for Health Promotion and Research (CHPR) in Bamenda, Cameroon. Over five years I've built production data systems for multi-site clinical research — automating pipelines from REDCap and lab machines all the way to bilingual Power BI dashboards that field teams use every day.

Outside CHPR, I take on freelance data engagements and I teach. I coach students through the analyses that decide their thesis, and I run structured courses in Python, SQL, Power BI and SAS — always delivered directly by me, in English or French.
